The Market Avenue Generator (MAG), an innovative decision support system designed to facilitate the development of sustainable business models for innovations in the agri-food industry, will be officially launched during the session. MAG is based on artificial intelligence methodologies and is intended for practical application across the agri-food sector from individual farmers and companies to institutions supporting entrepreneurship and policy-making. The session will present the conceptual framework of the system and highlight its relevance for the transition to a sustainable agri-food sector through selected case studies. Furthermore, there will be room for critical reflections on the application of AI-supported tools in complex decision-making environments in the agri-food sector.
