Sarah Wettstadt
Microbiologist-turned science writer and communicator Dr Sarah Wettstadt leads this hands-on session on scientific storytelling. Designed for researchers at all career stages, this session will provide you with communication skills to share your research effectively. You will learn about the theoretical background of storytelling and, with practical guidance and open discussions, craft your own story. The goal of this session is for you to leave with an engaging and logical science story, which you can share during your talk at the conference, publish on social media or elaborate for greater narratives such as grant applications or job interviews.
